Send a confirmation email to your clients prior to the inspection. Email includes property location, date and time.
A copy of the inspection agreement and invoice is automatically attached. A link is provided for clients to conveniently pay online through your PayPal
account if they wish. Customize the message you want to say, and include any additional attachments.

Once the report is finished, create a download link with one click and send a "Report is Ready for Download"
email to clients directly from InspectionREPORTS+. No need to open your email client for this. TRACK every time the client downloads the report. Every
time the client clicks on the download link, you are sent a notification.

With a single click, ZIP and save the report contents, including data files, photos, inspection agreement and invoice
for safe-keeping locally.

Every inspection is different, but many situations repeat themselves over and over. Like finding Aluminum or
